JP has spent the last 11 years at RI ensuring that things are executed across the business, leveraging his technology and operational retail experience. As well as interests in new technology and entrepreneurship, travel and cooking feature highly so get in touch to discuss any of the above.

Julia leads the people function at RI, using her 20 years of HR experience to make the company a fantastic place to work and develop. When she isn’t working, Julia can usually be found track, lake or pool-side, supporting her two very active children in their swimming and triathlon pursuits!

Cam is responsible for growing our ANZ business, drawing on his commercial finance and consumer analytics experience in tier one CPGs. David enjoys leading the design and development of quantitative, pragmatic solutions to client problems, drawing on his Mathematical and Science background and experience across numerous data-rich business sectors.  After family, he enjoys collecting art, antiques and wine and is happy to discuss any of the above.

Seán heads up the Finance department having spent his formative bean counting years training as an auditor followed by eight years in an FMCG brand and distribution company in Dublin.  Since joining RI in 2013, he has been central to improving key financial metrics, internal and external reporting.

Xander uses his unique mix of commercial, IT and analytical expertise, to turn ideas into solutions at RI across APAC.  Connect for passionate conversations on global politics, Dutch football or the criticality for CPGs to adopt a knowledge management strategy to sustainably deliver data and business intelligence.

Paul combined his engineering and P&G commercial backgrounds, to setup RI in 2005. He enjoys building teams to design, sell and deliver complex enterprise analytics applications. Martin is responsible for coordinating our Supplier team, where he leverages his operational background in supply chain and inventory, working in tier one global retail and CPG brands. He is happy to discuss our latest thoughts in the supplier execution space as much as his latest brewing or surfing tips.

David draws on his experience in senior international sales development and field marketing leadership roles, to facilitate change within RI. He is equally happy to talk about how RI solves final 50 yard challenges for store and field personnel, as he is football or politics, over a round of golf.

Don is responsible for the continuous technical improvement of our services. He employs his software skills from theory to deployment, learned in start ups and corporates and has a passion for technology, gadgets and their positive impact on lives. Asid is growing the RI brand across the Americas, building on his stores and process improvement career in ASDA Walmart where he developed maturity maps for immature global markets.
