Trading starts in London focused on the UK retail and consumer goods market, lead by our consumer goods availability management product, Always Available.


36 of the top 100 brands in the UK

Our Always Available grows quickly in the first year, to hold and analyse data for 36 of the top 100 brands in the UK.

We move to our first office

Our ongoing home in Richmond started (and later returned) at No. 5 Kew Road.


Retail Insight business acquired

The business is purchased by Photon Group, an ASX listed marketing and communications group.


Item Availability & Saleability product launch

Our first Retail product, initially branded as OSCA and later renamed Item Availability & Saleability, launches to reduce shelf out of stocks in a leading UK grocer, moving them from 3rd to 1st place on the independent Grocer 33 availability evaluation.
